It is absolutely true that dietary cholesterol does not affect serum cholesterol levels. Eggs are a very nutritious way to ingest protein - you should use 2 on each sandwich, not 1/2! Do a little nutrition research, and you'll see that it's true. The FDA recommendations don't always match up to the evidence (as I'm sure you're aware).

You don't have to worry about cholesterol in food--dietary cholesterol does not have an effect on blood cholesterol. :)<BR/><BR/>Cute egg sammies! I didn't know they made soy sausages. The resemblance is uncanny!
